Foresight the weak signals of change ahead of Russia's combined war game against Ukraine

Abstract

The combined war of the modern method is composed of classical, irregular, virtual, media, judicial and diplomatic wars, which has two hard and soft sides, and the soft side is a precursor to the hard side, which has precursor signs, which the present study seeks to analyze with a descriptive-analytical approach. Weak signals ahead of Russia's combined war game against Ukraine. The type of research is applied-development which has been done in a qualitative way. The statistical population of the research was purposefully included among the military experts and defense experts at the level of the armed forces with the characteristic of serving in strategic jobs, including 47 people. Collecting information using the library method and conducting interviews in consensus meetings with experts resulted in extracting the number of (34) variables that were considered as weak antecedent signs of the combined war game of Russia against Ukraine. SPSS and MicMac software were used for data analysis. The findings showed that in the economic-technological dimension (9) signs, in the information-security dimension (10) signs, in the cultural-propaganda dimension (6) signs, and in the political-diplomatic dimension (9) there was a weak sign, which testifies to the game Russia's combined war has been against Ukraine.
