Abstract

Today, in organizations, information systems play a decisive role in strategic management, resource management, optimal performance of the organization, etc. Therefore, creating a real-time centralized management system on modern communication channels, including mainly data-oriented communication networks and online organizations to access central servers, requires a powerful sharing system. The proposed solution is a gateway that integrates the entry path and the application of service mechanisms to the users' demands through a single channel, which introduces the features of networked operating systems and the concepts and capabilities of cloud computing as a worthy solution. Also, the proposed solution brings integration at the level of the user interface and by using a platform as a service, it can play the role of a single unifying layer on the island devices of the organization. In the following, by reviewing the literature on the subject in several areas, we will discuss the basic concepts of information devices, cloud computing and web operating systems, and then we will review the works done in these fields. In the following sections, the approach used in the research is presented and then we present the proposed solution. Finally, the proposed solution is discussed and evaluated in the form of a case study and evaluated from the appropriate points of view, and the results of the research and future works are presented.
