The pattern of command and control in the armey of the Islamic of Iran

Abstract
Command and control includes activities such as collecting and analyzing information, making decisions, organizing resources, planning, communicating instructions, coordinating and monitoring results and implementing them. The main goal of this research is to present the dimensions, components and indicators of the desired pattern of command and control of the armed forces. This article is applied and implemented in a descriptive-explanatory way, the information and data tools are library and field, the sample size is 35 people. According to the findings of the research, the optimal model of command and control Aja has 3 dimensions, 16 components and 89 indicators. According to the research results, the main dimensions are: information, operations and combat systems. The information dimension includes 5 components: a- collection and identification with 6 indicators, b- processing with 5 indicators, c- production with 6 indicators, d- dissemination with 4 indicators, d- evaluation and care with 4 indicators. The operation dimension includes 4 components: a- planning with 4 indicators, b- organization with 5 indicators, c- guidance and control with 6 indicators, d- implementation with 5 indicators. The dimension of combat systems includes 7 components: A- Artillery and missiles with 7 indicators, B- Air defense with 5 indicators, P- Air/Ground with 5 indicators, D- Combat engineering with 8 indicators, D- Combat service support with 8 indicators, c- communication with 4 indicators, c- forest and cyber with 7 indicators.
