The main goal of this research is to present the dimensions, components and indicators of the desired pattern of command and control of the armed forces. This article is applied and implemented in a descriptive-explanatory way, the information and data tools are library and field, the sample size is 35 people. According to the findings of the research, the optimal model of command and control Aja has 3 dimensions, 16 components and 89 indicators. According to the research results, the main dimensions are: information, operations and combat systems. The information dimension includes 5 components: a- collection and identification with 6 indicators, b- processing with 5 indicators, c- production with 6 indicators, d- dissemination with 4 indicators, d- evaluation and care with 4 indicators. The operation dimension includes 4 components: a- planning with 4 indicators, b- organization with 5 indicators, c- guidance and control with 6 indicators, d- implementation with 5 indicators. The dimension of combat systems includes 7 components: A- Artillery and missiles with 7 indicators, B- Air defense with 5 indicators, P- Air/Ground with 5 indicators, D- Combat engineering with 8 indicators, D- Combat service support with 8 indicators, c- communication with 4 indicators, c- forest and cyber with 7 indicators. فرماندهی و کنترل شامل فعالیت‌هایی مانند جمع‌آوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات، تصمیم‌گیری، سازماندهی منابع، برنامه‌ریزی، برقراری ارتباط دستورالعمل‌ها، هماهنگ‌سازی و نظارت بر نتایج و اجرای آن می‌باشد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارائه ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های الگوی مطلوب فرماندهی و کنترل ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. این مقاله کاربردی و به روش توصیفی- تبیینی اجرا شده است، ابزار اطلاعات و داده‌ها کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بوده، حجم نمونه 35 نفر است. طبق یافته‌های تحقیق الگوی مطلوب فرماندهی و کنترل آجا دارای 3 بُعد و 16 مولفه و 112 شاخص است. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق ابعاد اصلی عبارتند از: اطلاعات، عملیات و سامانه‌های رزم. بعُد اطلاعات شامل 5 مولفه است: الف- جمع‌آوری و شناسایی با 8 شاخص، ب- پردازش با 7 شاخص، پ- تولید با 7 شاخص، ت- انتشار با 5 شاخص، ث- ارزیابی و مراقبت با 4 شاخص. بعُد عملیات شامل 4 مولفه است: الف- طرحریزی با 6 شاخص، ب- سازماندهی با 6 شاخص، پ- هدایت و کنترل با 6 شاخص، ت- اجرا با 7شاخص. بُعد سامانه‌های رزمی شامل 7 مولفه است: الف- توپخانه و موشک با 8 شاخص، ب- پدافند هوایی با 7 شاخص، پ- هوا/زمین با 8 شاخص، ت- مهندسی رزمی با 8 شاخص، ث- پشتیبانی خدمات رزمی با 12 شاخص، ج- ارتباطات با 6 شاخص، چ- جنگال و سایبری با 7 شاخص. http://www.ijwg.ir/article_201313_de95bb3b35d534e90fda0c4a39f7cddb.pdf
