The talent and internal and acquired factors of the commander, as well as the ability of the staff under the leadership and the tools at their disposal can determine the leadership style of the decision-maker. استفاده از فناوری‌های جدید بر گستردگی و تنوع سلاح‌ها و جنگ‌افزارها تأثیر شگرفی گذاشت به‌طوری‌که در جنگ‌های امروزی، قدرتی برنده نهایی است که توان استفاده و بهره‌برداری بیشتر از فناوری اطلاعات و تجهیزات الکترونیکی را دارا باشد بنابراین با توجه به بهره‌برداری گسترده دشمن از امواج الکترومغناطیس در تجهیزات نظامی و کاربرد آن در سامانه‌های فرماندهی و کنترل، هدایت موشک‌ها، رادارها، اختلال کننده‌ها، مراقبت زمینی، توپخانه دقیق و گلوله‌های هدایت‌شونده در فضای نبرد ناهمتراز، فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری عملیات جنگ الکترونیک(جنگال) بسیار پیچیده گردیده است، هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی کارکردهای مدیریتی مؤثر بر فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری عملیات جنگ الکترونیک در نبرد ناهمتراز می‌باشد و ضرورت تحقیق مذکور بر این است که تصمیم‌گیری عملیات جنگال بدون درنظر گرفتن عوامل مؤثر بر فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری و لحاظ نمودن کارکردهای مدیریتی، کیفیت لازم را نخواهد داشت.<br />تحقیق حاضر از حیث روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و جامعه موردمطالعه کارکنان یگان‌های جنگال نزاجا می‌باشند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد برنامه‌ریزی یک کار نرم‌افزاری و مدیریتی جهت اجرای تصمیم است، با انجام برنامه‌ریزی، اهداف، سیاست‌ها و راهبردها با یک‌روند منطقی و فرآیند صحیح انجام خواهد شد، عملیات جنگ الکترونیک در جنگ ناهمتراز نیاز به یک برنامه‌ریزی منسجم و مستقل (فنی) دارد. درخصوص رهبری و سبک‌های آن به این نتیجه می رسیم که بهترین نکته در رهبری، نفوذ و اثرگذاری است استعداد و فاکتورهای درونی و اکتسابی فرمانده و همچنین توان کارکنان مجموعه تحت رهبری و ابزار در اختیار می‌توانند سبک رهبری تصمیم‌گیرنده را تعیین نمایند؛ http://www.ijwg.ir/article_171154_27d31e855252f16be1acaed1fd1465d9.pdf
