Journal Article 2021 07 17 In the current conditions of the country and in the path of achieving maximum efficiency and effectiveness in various defense fields, it seems necessary to use management tools. One of these tools is project management knowledge. The subject of the present research is the application of project management in the maturity of exercise management. The current research is of applied type. The statistical population of this research included commanders, deputies and managers of the Air Defense Force (108 people) and the sample size was 84 people. Library and field methods were used to collect data. The existing findings were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, and the results of the hypothesis test are as follows: the application of project management knowledge leads to a positive and significant improvement in the maturity of the exercise management; Based on the findings of the research, it was determined in order: project time management with (90%), project integrity management with (78%), human resources management with (70%) and project procurement management with ( 70%) had the most improvement in the management maturity of the exercise. The result of the analysis of the research data and the opinions of the experts shows that it is important that in order to mature the management of the exercise, it is possible to use the knowledge processes of project management in the exercises of the Air Defense Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. در شرایط کنونی کشور و در مسیر دستیابی به حداکثر کارایی و اثربخشی در عرصه های مختلف دفاعی، استفاده از ابزارهای مدیریتی ضروری به نظر می رسد. یکی از این ابزارها دانش مدیریت پروژه است. موضوع تحقیق حاضر بکارگیری مدیریت پروژه در بلوغ مدیریت رزمایش است. پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل فرماندهان، معاونان و مدیران نیروی پدافند هوایی (108 نفر) و حجم نمونه 84 نفر بود. برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی استفاده شد. یافته‌های موجود با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و نتایج آزمون فرضیه‌ها به شرح زیر است: بکارگیری دانش مدیریت پروژه موجب بهبود مثبت و معناداری در بلوغ مدیریت اجرای رزمایش می‌گردد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق به ترتیب مشخص گردید: مدیریت زمان پروژه با (90%)، مدیریت یکپارچگی پروژه با (78%)، مدیریت منابع انسانی با (70%) و مدیریت تدارکات پروژه با (70%) بیشترین بهبود را در بلوغ مدیریت اجرای رزمایش داشتند. نتیجه‌ی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق و نظرات صاحب‌نظران مبین این مهم است که به‌منظور بلوغ مدیریت اجرای رزمایش، می‌توان از فرآیندهای دانش مدیریت پروژه در رزمایش‌های نیروی پدافند هوایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران استفاده نمود. http://www.ijwg.ir/article_171138_198454f4b650f110d2eb9cf3ddcfe3ea.pdf
